The SOS method

Because some activities cannot be assessed using conventional financial methods, Value&Co uses its Sustainable Organization Tracking (SOS) method.

This method enables organizations to understand how value is created within the organization, to rate intangible assets, to take into account issues of risk and sustainability, and then, if necessary, to establish a valuation based on their profitability and sustainability.

The SOS method is the result of academic research at Nantes University.

For whom ?

All companies, large or small, start-ups or centenarians, need to understand what differentiates them from their competitors, what makes them sustainable and long-lasting.

Why ?

Because some activities cannot be valued using conventional financial methods, Value&Co proposes an innovative approach based on the intangible assets taken into account in the SOS method.

This method enables organizations to understand the creation of value within the organization, which includes taking into account issues of risk and sustainability through the transversal dimensions of agility, resilience and alignment.
